When you list your home for sale with us, we will give you a written guarantee on your home so you can make a FIRM offer on another.
This Guarantee will be a fully executed Sales Agreement so you have the assurance that if your home doesn't sell within a specified period of time, we will buy it for CASH! (YES, we'll put it in writing!)
Should we sell your home during that time for a higher amount than the Guarantee, you get that amount, not us! |
